No smoking inside the studio, no smoking cigarettes, no candles or dances around a fire on TURF, artificial grass is made out of plastic, once burnt... you guessed it genius! it won't grow back :( 3. MUST ask for permission if bringing a small sized trained pet. Extra fee $60 per pet, per staying. Guest must pick up pet's feces off the ground in the backyard. 4. No more than 3 adults sleeping in. Max 2 adults and 2 kids. Friends and family are welcome to visit, no more than 5 people at a time. 5. No parties allowed, gatherings are fine (5 people max), just keep the door closed and be mindful of the neighbors, keep music/noise levels moderate. Leave any left over tequila in the fridge for your lovely host. 7. Please be thoughtful and don't leave a mess after you check out :) large city's trash bins are accessible right out. Penalties for the following: ***AC left on while guests aren't there $20 each time ***Stolen towels $10 no matter the size *** Excessive cleaning if place is left filthy (watch for pet's feces, urine or excess of hair) $60 *** Plumming services if the toilet gets clogged with anything else than toilet paper.

There are people who live in the main house, they are super cool and quiet (most likely you won't come across to each other) no parties allowed, gatherings ok!
