We recently spent a week at Julie's place and would totally recommend. Julie was very helpful, providing a guide for the condo and the area. The condo was as pictured, with everything you might need. We especially loved the private pool and outside space, was lovely. The pool is in the shade during the hottest time of the day, which was great for us. There are restaurants and shops in walking distance of the area. We had a rental car and parking was no problem, right out front.

Julie’s home was great. It was very comfortable, room beds were comfortable and it was very clean. The neighborhood was also very quiet which was nice after our long days. The location was also perfect for our needs as we were near family. We would love to return to this spot.

Our stay was absolutely amazing! Our Airbnb was in the perfect location with close proximity to all of the popular attractions as well as some amazing hidden gems! We were stocked with everything that we needed and Julie provided recommendations for grocery shopping, adventures and food! We thoroughly enjoyed the outdoor area, the pool, hot tub, cabana, swing chairs & outdoor dining area is where we spent most of our time! Julie communicated with us during our entire stay and made us feel right at home! We will definitely be sure to book with Julie every-time that we are in Tulum & I recommend that everyone books this Airbnb for your stay! You will not be disappointed!

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour dans ce superbe appartement très bien entretenu, propre et agréable. On se sent très vite comme à la maison car on ne manque de rien que ce soit dans la cuisine, la salle de bain, la chambre ou l’extérieur. La décoration est très belle, tout est propre et les lits sont hyper confortables. Mention spéciale pour la clim qui est nécessaire ainsi que la piscine et le jacuzzi très bien entretenus également, le jardin extérieur étant très agréable. Julie est une super hôte, à l’écoute, disponible, merci pour les conseils, les réponses, votre gentillesse. Merci pour tout !

Where do I begin? This was by far the best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed at! Julieta paid so much attention to detail and the decor was exquisite. Not to mention Julieta was so accommodating and incredibly generous and responsive. This was such an effortless stay. The bed was INCREDIBLY comfortable. Shower is absolutely amazing. All around I couldn’t have had a better experience. I would recommend Julieta’s place 10/10 times and I know exactly where I’m staying next time I’m anywhere close to LA.
