Good to know
You will have everything you need at this condo, including a PRIVATE CONCIERGE, your favorite music videos projected on the wall, an outdoor space where you can chat, eat, and drink, a real HOT TUB! and YES you'll enjoy hot relaxing water even in this warm weather :) You will save A LOT by moving around town in our electric scooters. We also offer you a perfect and safe location: - 6 min to the beach by e-scooter - 8 min to Papaya Project - 13 min to Tulum Ruins - 10 min to Azulik - 7 min to Chedraui Selecto - 14 min to Gran Cenote Free street parking (plenty of it). Our furniture, decoration, and art were carefully customized. We worked with local artisans, carpenters, and crafters to give this place its personality.
House Rules
PLEASE READ UNTIL THE END: No loud music after 9:00 pm. No parties allowed, gatherings ok. Guests must empty the kitchen's trash can daily or food will rot and stink the whole place. AC and TVs must be turned off every time the apartment is unoccupied. No weapons of any sort. No illegal drugs. No smoking inside the unit. No glass by the pool area. Protective mesh must be closed at all times or insects will enter the place. Thank you!
Other Details to Note
We will send you our exclusive tourist guide, personally compiled after spending a whole summer living in Tulum with the advice of our local friends. We will also put you in contact with a concierge service provider who can arrange private dinners with a chef, tours, airport pickup and much more. Electricity cuts in Tulum are happening less and less often although we get to experience one or two cuts every month in Aldea Zama.

Neighborhood
After the beach hotel zone, Aldea Zama is the most exclusive and luxurious neighborhood to stay in Tulum, only 7 minutes away from your favorite beach clubs and prestigious restaurants. IMPORTANT: There is construction work happening in Aldea Zama and generally speaking all over Tulum, to the point that has become unavoidable regardless of location. There's a building being finished behind our building, where the loudest part has ended, delivery date per the developer May 2025.

The best way to get around is by car (it is the cheapest and most convenient option). We recommend you rent one as taxis are ridiculously expensive here. Bicycles and motorcycles are also a good option.
